How to zoom in and out of preview player

To easily zoom in and out of your preview player, hover you mouse over the preview window and select -/ + on your keyboard. Notice how the percentage of your preview player goes up or down.

Manual steps to adjust video assets at a larger scale

  1. In the preview player, zoom in by going to the zoom percentage in the top right corner of the player and select from the menu

  2. Turn on pan by clicking the “h” key or clicking pan in the left sidebar menu

  3. When you get to the area you want to edit, click “v” to stop panning

  4. Make your edit

  5. Once your edit is made, select "Zoom to Fit" in the zoom menu or click shift + “z” to return to having the video fit the page

Note: You can also resize the preview player by shrinking down the timeline which is especially helpful when you don’t have many tracks of your video and you want a larger preview view.
