If you're looking to redeem a promo code from one of our promotions or after speaking with someone on our support team, here's how to use it.
Step 1 - Go to checkout page
From your plans and pricing page, select the plan you want to upgrade to and confirm the number of seats you want to select, which will direct you to our checkout page in a new tab.
Step 2 - Click "Add promotion code"
Beneath your displayed subtotal, you should see a button to "Add promotion code." Click that and then enter your promo code on the next step.
Step 3 - Enter code and hit "Apply"
Now simply enter the promo code and hit "Apply" to see it applied to your transaction.
Step 4 - Confirm promotion is applied
Once you hit "Apply" you'll see the code applied and your "Total due today" will be updated.
Step 5 - Complete purchase
With this promotion applied, you can complete your purchase! You'll also see the promotion applied in your purchase confirmation email.
