How it works:
Download Scene XML. Once you’ve established a rough assembly or a string out for your edit, select the […] menu within your Scene properties. From here, hit Export > Premiere Pro XML. Once the export is complete, you can download the XML to your desktop.
Initiate media download. To ensure you have linked media within Premiere Pro, you are going to need to download the source media too. Again, select the […] menu within your Scene properties. From here, you can:
💡 Pro tip #1: Downloading ranges with handles will save you time, especially if you have clips that are an hour+ long.
💡 Pro tip #2: When downloading ranges with handles, you will notice that the trimmed media will give you padding on both ends — just in case you’d like to keep a frame or two in the edit.
Download to your computer. While your clips are being downloaded, you can continue working on other projects or Scenes within the project. Scenery will notify you, when your trimmed assets are ready to download.
Move to Premiere. Now that you’ve exported an XML file and downloaded either full length clips or trimmed media, you can continue to work in Premiere Pro by easily transferring your assets over.
